HubSpot has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Cacheflow, a provider of B2B subscription billing management and configure, price, and quote (CPQ) solutions. This acquisition will allow HubSpot to improve its offerings with advanced subscription billing management and comprehensive CPQ tools.
"With Cacheflow, we're doubling down on our vision for commerce by addressing two important areas of the buying experience: subscription billing and configure, price, quote (CPQ). Cacheflow is a leader in this space and has helped companies automate the purchase process to capture revenue faster. We're excited by the impact they will have on customers of Commerce Hub," said Yamini Rangan, CEO of HubSpot.
Since the introduction of Commerce Hub in 2023, which included simplified invoicing and payment features, HubSpot has streamlined over $1 billion in gross merchandise volume (GMV). The addition of Cacheflow will further strengthen Commerce Hub, streamlining a key aspect of the customer journey: the buying process. The move will make the quote-to-cash process more efficient, helping businesses speed up revenue collection and expanding HubSpot’s commerce capabilities to a broader range of companies.
Cacheflow streamlines the selling and buying of B2B software through its subscription and billing management solutions. The platform is designed to facilitate the entire SaaS sales flow in a no-code, user-centric environment. Cacheflow allows customers to create customized quotes, close deals via interactive links, and manage upsells and renewals.
“We made it our mission to reimagine the old CPQ and billing space, helping businesses automate revenue management, shorten the sales cycle, and get paid fast. We believe deeply in the power of our solution, and are thrilled to join HubSpot and the Commerce Hub team," said Sarika Garg, Co-Founder of Cacheflow.
