HubSpot Elevates Customer Experience with New AI Platform Breeze

HubSpot has announced its new AI-powered customer platform, Breeze, to provide businesses with a complete, unified AI solution designed to streamline marketing, sales, and service functions.

“Until now, we haven’t seen a complete AI solution for businesses. There are consumer AI solutions that are super accessible and give results in seconds, but they aren’t connected to your business or your data. On the other hand, enterprise AI solutions claim to be powered by unified data, but they’re hard to implement, have steep learning curves and are slow to deliver results,” said Andy Pitre, EVP of product at HubSpot.

At the heart of Breeze is Copilot, an AI tool designed to streamline tasks for marketing, sales, and service teams. Moreover, HubSpot has introduced four dedicated AI agents—Content Agent, Social Media Agent, Prospecting Agent, and Customer Agent—designed to assist with everything from content creation to lead generation and customer service. Complementing these agents are over 80 new features embedded within the platform, from content remixing to sales forecast predictions.

Furthermore, Breeze includes Breeze Intelligence, a data enrichment and buyer intent solution that pulls from a database of over 200 million buyer and company profiles. This solution improves customer and company records in HubSpot’s Smart CRM, helping teams identify high-fit prospects. Features like automated form shortening also increase conversion rates by pre-populating data Breeze Intelligence already knows.

In addition, there are updates to Marketing Hub and Content Hub, offering tools like Content Remix that transform a single video into a multi-format campaign, generating clips, audio, and written content. New lead generation tools, such as enhanced lead scoring and improved conversion tracking through Google, further optimize marketing efforts.
