Kore.ai has unveiled a new version of its platform, the Kore.ai Experience Optimization (XO) Platform Version 10.0. This update improves the ability to connect with other enterprise systems, enables companies and individuals to use intelligent virtual assistants with minimal effort, and can be continuously scaled and improved for high performance.
Kore.ai's new release includes a key feature that allows large language models (LLMs), such as OpenAI's GPT-3 and other AI technologies, to support teams in designing, creating, and maintaining virtual assistants.
The company's new release introduces advanced zero-shot and few-shot models that use the power of LLMs and generative AI to eliminate the need for initial training data. These technologies help with the process of designing conversations, creating training data, testing data, and rewriting emotional responses, that way creating virtual assistants that are more intelligent and user-friendly.
"Our customers have been deploying highly complex use cases involving voice automation, personalization, omnichannel experience, and fulfillment. This has underscored the need for a perpetual cycle of improvisation for virtual assistants in terms of ease of development, training, scalability, personalization, and performance, which we have addressed with some of the industry-first innovations in V10.0. Also, by creatively tapping into the potential of generative AI models like GPT-3 and other LLMs, we've paved the way for future innovations," said Raj Koneru, CEO and Founder, at Kore.ai.
Additionally, version 10.0 includes over 100 pre-built integrations with various enterprise applications and a new dashboard that can identify new opportunities for automation and detect training inconsistencies. Further, the new version includes an improved feedback module to help businesses better understand the conversations they have with customers. These features make it easier for large organizations to automate processes and enhance customer interactions. Kore.ai is also pioneering the use of large language models for specific AI use cases in knowledge-based AI.
"Generative AI models can come up with contextual content based on pre-trained data. These technologies greatly simplify the way virtual assistants are built and managed. This is a great step forward for the industry and will no doubt lead to better customer experiences," said Kumar Arikala, Chief Technology Officer Prasanna, Kore.ai.
The company offers a variety of AI-based solutions such as BankAssist, HealthAssist, the recent RetailAssist, IT and HR Assist, contact-center-focused SmartAssist, and more, all of which are built using the XO platform and include the new features and enhancements which are part of this release.
Meanwhile, Kore.ai has recently partnered with AI-native customer data platform mParticle to offer an NLP-based search engine and intelligent chatbots to personalize shopping experiences for retail customers.
