Braze has unveiled innovative products to enhance brands' ability to connect with consumers more personalized and effectively. Additionally, the company has revealed that it is now accessible on AWS Marketplace.
“By releasing Feature Flags, announcing Landing Pages, showcasing our extensive product roadmap in AI, data flexibility, and cross-channel engagement, we're demonstrating our commitment to building powerful and cutting-edge customer engagement tools at Braze,” says Jon Hyman, Cofounder and CTO, Braze.
Feature Flags create immersive experiences
Feature Flags is a management tool that helps brands create significant experiences at scale by integrating with customer journey orchestration, to enable brands to fine-tune and enhance personalized interactions in their mobile and web applications. This allows brands to deliver experiences that are tailored to individual customer needs and preferences, by leveraging first-party customer data in Braze.
By seamlessly integrating Feature Flags into their workflow, brands can break down the traditional silos between marketing and product teams, simplifying campaign development and potentially reducing operational costs.
Landing Pages streamline lead generation
In addition to Feature Flags, Braze has announced an upcoming Landing Pages product designed to streamline lead generation and customer retention for marketing teams. This tool provides a low-code visual editor for building and deploying custom landing pages, making it easier for brands to capture essential information from prospects and convert them into loyal customers.
Landing Pages can facilitate further brand monetization by harnessing first-party customer data from both new and existing customers.
Additional products for efficient experimentation
Braze is also set to introduce new AI products as part of its Sage AI by Braze line-up to streamline and enhance marketers' ability to experiment efficiently and provide personalized customer engagement experiences.
These products include an AI Recommendations engine that uses machine learning to match relevant items with potential customers, an AI step in Braze Canvas Flow that interprets user inputs for more meaningful customer journeys, and an upcoming Message Content Recommendations feature to recommend message content and predict performance, all designed to save time and boost customer engagement and conversions.
The Braze platform is now accessible on the AWS Marketplace
The customer engagement platform is now available on the AWS Marketplace, which will help streamline the procurement process for Braze's current and future customers, as well as strengthen the collaboration between Braze and AWS.
“This expanded availability of Braze will allow our shared customers to better leverage AWS cloud investments and the convenience of AWS Marketplace,” said Matt McRoberts, SVP of Global Alliances, Braze.
Prior to its availability on the AWS Marketplace, Braze unveiled the release of Braze Instant Insights, a set of Snowflake Native Apps available on Snowflake Marketplace, helping joint customers unleash the potential and maximize the benefits of their data.
