ActionIQ Makes its Profile API for Real-Time Personalization Generally Available

Composable customer data platform (CDP) ActionIQ has made its ActionIQ Profile API generally available, enabling businesses to quickly incorporate customer insights from a data warehouse into their applications to facilitate real-time personalization within milliseconds.

ActionIQ has expanded its Real-Time Customer Experience (RTCX) module with the introduction of the ActionIQ Profile API. This API enables businesses to access real-time and historical data, allowing them to power every interaction at scale. Through the combination of HybridCompute and the ActionIQ CX Hub, data and business leaders can now create and deliver real-time personalized customer experiences, based on the complete customer profile, directly on top of data warehouses.

ActionIQ RTCX Module currently includes the following :
