Vonage has launched Vonage RCS (Rich Communications Services) via the Vonage Messages API, as well as a low-code turnkey solution. Businesses can send encrypted RCS communications that include their logo and name. Carriers verify these messages, which helps to avoid fraud and boost customer trust.

Vonage RCS enables the safe delivery of rich content such as films, photos, and audio, resulting in more personalized customer engagements. Typing indicators, carousels, rich cards, location sharing, and interactive buttons all help to improve communication efficiency and engagement.
