Accenture has announced an agreement to acquire Logic, a retail technology services firm known for its robust capabilities in merchandising, store operations, digital innovation, analytics, and cloud services. This move will significantly bolster Accenture’s capacity to drive technological transformations for retail clients on a global scale.

Having a profound understanding of the retail sector and operational management, Logic will add approximately 800 professionals with specialized retail technology skills to Accenture Technology.
By acquiring Logic, Accenture will expand its retail capabilities, incorporating essential skills in core technologies, platforms, AI, and generative AI to drive client innovation. This strategic move highlights Accenture’s commitment to helping retailers transform with technology, allowing them to navigate the evolving retail landscape with confidence.
