Alvaria Announces Its Innovation Lab, Alvaria Horizons

Contact center infrastructure and workforce engagement software provider Alvaria has announced Alvaria Horizons, an innovation lab committed to developing cutting-edge technologies that will shape the future of the workplace. Established by the merger of Aspect Software and Noble Systems, Alvaria continues to have a legacy of innovative solutions that are trusted across various industries, including commercial banking and aviation.

“I am honored to announce the launch of Alvaria Horizons, a physical space, team, and mindset dedicated to pursuing the unimaginable, unrealistic, and undefined while rapidly bringing the best ideas that redefine the future of work to fruition. Removing limits, thinking experimentally, and coloring outside the lines to build new technology will create the change we need to accommodate the ever-shifting workplace environment,” Darryl Kelly, Chief Strategy Officer at Alvaria.

In today's environment, where technology giants prioritize artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and other burgeoning technologies—further spurred by the rapid digitalization during the COVID pandemic—innovation labs remain integral to advancement. Alvaria Horizons is stepping into this arena with its inaugural project aimed at transforming how global corporations leverage technology to redefine workplace experiences.

The initiative focuses on crafting a platform that enables executives to tailor and transform their data to meet specific business demands, models, and goals.

“This type of dedication to innovation is hard to come by in this industry and we’re beyond excited to watch Alvaria embark on this journey with Horizons. The leadership and creative solutions that will come from experimental thinking have the power to create work experiences where every employee feels recognized, connected, and equipped to navigate the challenges of the modern workplace,” Rob Nicewicz, Partner at Abry, Alvaria investor.

Last year, UJET formed a strategic partnership with Alvaria and Google Cloud to enable large contact centers to utilize Alvaria's compliant outbound and workforce engagement management capabilities with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI Platform.
