Zoom and Avaya have announced a partnership to revolutionize collaboration experiences for businesses worldwide. In this alliance, Avaya has chosen Zoom Workplace, Zoom's advanced collaboration platform, to seamlessly integrate with Avaya's Communication & Collaboration Suite. This move promises to provide customers with a unified solution for managing their communication workflows more efficiently.

The partnership aims to deliver a cohesive solution that enhances Avaya customers' user experience. This includes interoperability between platforms and devices, allowing users to seamlessly leverage Zoom Workplace alongside their existing Avaya solutions. In addition, users will gain access to Zoom's AI Companion, which offers them advanced digital assistance, along with collaboration tools like Team Chat, Scheduler, Whiteboard, and versatile spaces.
The integrated Avaya and Zoom Workplace experience, along with device interoperability, will soon be accessible to Avaya customers globally.
Last year, Avaya revealed significant advancements at the Avaya ENGAGE 2023, including integrations, collaborations, and enhanced capabilities that redefine the cloud journey for customers.
