Bloomreach has unveiled three new merchandising features and improvements for Bloomreach Discovery to help merchandisers optimize the e-commerce experience. Developed in collaboration with merchandisers, these features exemplify Bloomreach's dedication to creating user-friendly tools and self-service capabilities for business users implementing merchandising strategies.

Merchandisers are now able to personalize the data and attributes displayed on product cards using Bloomreach's Visual Editor. They have the flexibility to include specific information such as margin, brand, fabric, and more.
These features enable merchandisers to save time by cloning rules and configurations between different websites. This convenient workflow enables them to create rules on one site and effortlessly transfer them to another one. As a result, merchandisers can efficiently manage multiple websites simultaneously. Additionally, they can prepare for peak seasons by curating multiple non-production sites and easily cloning configurations across them.
As merchandisers can curate product placement on a page, Bloomreach Discovery enables them to create custom collection pages that align with their brand and campaign requirements. With the ability to manually position products in the desired order, merchandisers can achieve the exact look they desire, showcasing products in a way that enhances their brand and meets the demands of their upcoming campaigns.Bloomreach has also announced that businesses utilizing Bloomreach Engagement can integrate their services with Gorgias, a helpdesk platform focused on streamlining customer support operations.
