Calabrio announced at Customer Contact Week (CCW) that Calabrio GovSuite has achieved StateRAMP and TX-RAMP certifications. These new certifications complement Calabrio's existing Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) authorization, demonstrating the company's commitment to meeting the rigorous security standards required by federal, state, and local government agencies.

The StateRAMP certification enables Calabrio to provide its secure, cloud-based solutions to government agencies across 27 states, including Florida, Texas, and California. Additionally, the more rigorous TX-RAMP certification bolsters Calabrio's capacity to work closely with government organizations within Texas.
