Discover the Innovations in Seismic Spring/Summer 2024 Release

Seismic has announced new features in its Spring/Summer 2024 Product Release, introducing a suite of AI-powered tools designed to enhance the performance of customer-facing teams in modern sales environments.

With abundant information readily available, buyers increasingly prefer digital self-service over interacting with sales representatives. According to Gartner, only 5% of the buyer’s journey involves a salesperson.

We’re particularly excited about the launch of Aura Copilot after a series of pilot programs, which were met with high demand and participation from our customers. Recent Seismic research reveals that 91% of respondents believe enablement technology enhances customer experience, and 83% anticipate their tools will help retain and grow their customer base in 2024.

The Spring/Summer 2024 Product Release 

Aura Copilot: Available for early access, Aura Copilot boosts GTM team efficiency by streamlining the creation of lessons, playbooks, and more. This generative AI assistant tags content and generates descriptions at scale, saving valuable time. With AI-driven analytics, GTM leaders can quickly query data, such as lesson completions or page views, and get instant answers. Sellers also gain real-time access to crucial insights and content needed to close deals.

Seismic for Meetings: Enhancements to this feature help reps prepare more effectively for client meetings. Improved workflows enable seamless collaboration with colleagues, allowing for goal-setting, agenda creation, and easy personalization of content ahead of customer interactions.

New Seismic & Microsoft Integrations: The release also highlights the combined power of Seismic and Microsoft with upgraded integrations for Microsoft Copilot for Sales and Copilot for Microsoft 365. In addition, Seismic for Meetings now integrates with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook, enabling reps to leverage Seismic within their daily workflow.

During the pilot program, customers leveraged Aura Copilot's features nearly 50,000 times across the Seismic platform to streamline tasks like lesson creation, question answering, and summary generation.
