Genesys Launches GCXNow for Small- to Mid-Sized Businesses

Genesys has announced the launch of GCXNow, a new solution for small- to mid-sized organizations that helps them quickly and easily explore and purchase a full-featured CCaaS solution. With a free automated self-service trial that can be activated within minutes, GCXNow enables organizations to test the Genesys Cloud CX platform and seamlessly scale users and capabilities. This offering provides businesses with the necessary tools to create personalized customer experiences across various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, text, and social media.

According to a recent study conducted by Genesys and Savanta, the majority of mid-sized companies consider improving customer service and increasing revenue and profit margins as important business objectives. However, only 57% of respondents believed they were performing extremely well in achieving these outcomes. Moreover, the study suggests that as many as 71% of CX leaders consider integrating customer experience platforms a top priority for 2023.

Genesys Cloud CX offers a free trial for organizations to test its capabilities for 30 days, enabling them to quickly evaluate Genesys Cloud CX against their current and future needs with access to preconfigured workflows, a trial support center, and the ability to consult with a product expert within the application for guidance. Once the trial is over, organizations will be able to transition their configurations to their purchased account easily.

Additionally, starting this summer, organizations will be able to purchase a subscription to Genesys Cloud CX within the application without needing to contact sales. With a credit card, they can easily convert from a trial to a subscription and select an annual agreement with flexible options to pay upfront or monthly.

GCXNow uses advanced automation to continuously improves user experience as the technology monitors individual data and system-wide trends to keep the in-app guidance and tutorial up to date.

The complete GCXNow free trial is now available in the United States and will soon expand globally across AWS Regions.
