IT and software development company Globant has acquired Iteris Holding, a Brazilian consultancy specializing in business and technology with a focus on digital transformation. This strategic acquisition strengthens Globant's presence in Brazil by incorporating high-quality local digital capabilities and expanding its client portfolio significantly.
