HubSpot has unveiled two new AI-powered tools: content assistant and ChatSpot.ai, to assist its customers with making stronger connections with their audiences while saving time.
The new tools build on the company's previous investments in AI technology, such as conversation intelligence, data quality tools, predictive AI, and content optimization. These new solutions are powered by advanced AI systems from OpenAI and are designed to make marketing, sales, and customer service more efficient.
“We are experiencing a step-function change in the way people work. At HubSpot, our goal is to help companies connect more deeply with their customers. Our new AI-powered content assistant helps them create quality content faster and easier, to better serve their customers. Advances in AI also have the potential to change the way people use and interact with software. We’re excited to launch ChatSpot.ai to experiment with how we can make our software even easier to use, and we’re inviting our customers to come along with us as we learn together,” said Andy Pitre, EVP of Product at HubSpot.
Content Assistant
Currently, in a private beta testing phase, HubSpot's new tool content assistant is designed to assist marketing and sales teams in quickly generating high-quality content ideas, creation, and sharing. Content assistant offers a range of options to users, allowing them to create content like blog titles for a product or service or an entire blog post outline for a given title. Additional options include:
-
Writing instant content for blog posts, landing pages, website pages, sales and marketing emails, and knowledge base articles;
-
Making content marketing workflows more efficient, reducing teams' time and energy.
ChatSpot.ai
ChatSpot.ai is now available in the public alpha version and uses natural language processing to complete tasks through a chat-based user experience. ChatSpot.ai can help users with:
-
Adding contacts and companies to the HubSpot CRM;
-
Making custom reports for marketing, sales, and customer service;
-
Creating effective and personalized sales emails.
In November last year, HubSpot partnered with ClickUp to help its customers automate workflows and boost productivity by syncing data across the platforms.
