IntelePeer Secures $140M for AI Expansion

IntelePeer has secured $140 million in new funding through a combination of growth capital and debt financing. This strategic investment was co-led by Savant Growth LLC and VantagePoint Capital Partners, with additional backing from Savant partners such as Coller Capital, Hollyport Capital, Manulife Investment Management, and Achmea.

Vector Capital, via its direct credit strategy Vector Velocity, spearheaded the debt financing. Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc. acted as IntelePeer's financial advisor. This funding will support IntelePeer's goal of transforming contact centers and enhancing customer experiences with AI and automation.

As the generative AI market expands, potentially reaching trillions in value over the next decade, businesses are rapidly adopting AI technologies. According to Bain & Company, nearly 90% of companies are implementing or testing generative AI, with 87% considering it a top priority in the coming years.
