Optimizely has expanded its partnership with Contentsquare to enhance Optimizely's experimentation capabilities by incorporating comprehensive journey analytics. Optimizely Web Experimentation users can now leverage Contentsquare's Zone-Based Heatmaps to gain valuable insights into customers' in-page behavior.
"With a limited view of website interactions, most organizations struggle to understand what converts customers and where on a website they get lost. Now with Zone-Based Heatmaps from Contentsquare, our experimentation users can better grasp "the why" behind customer behaviors and prioritize their test roadmap to deliver the best possible user experience. By combining the forces of two proven leaders in the digital space, Optimizely and Contentsquare's continued partnership allows our customers to deliver the experiences needed to keep pace with the rate of change and ever-growing consumer expectations," said Alex Atzberger, CEO of Optimizely.
Contentsquare provides Zone-Based Heatmaps as a Chrome Extension, to enable marketing teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior by providing a holistic view. By leveraging Zone-Based Heatmaps, teams can establish continuous optimization practices and drive personalized experiences on a larger scale.
The bidirectional integration between Optimizely and Contentsquare has already proven beneficial for both brands, enabling them to enhance customer-centric approaches, and allowing industry leaders such as American Express, HP, H&M, and New Era, among others, to elevate their customer experiences.
"We're thrilled to continue our collaborative effort to help teams innovate with confidence. There's now little room for doubt when it comes to meaningful customer engagement. The expanded partnership demonstrates how both organizations are continually striving to make digital experiences even better. Zone-Based Heatmaps enables marketing teams to glean and quickly act on unique insights for each of its website page elements. Paired with Optimizely, marketers can perform deeper evaluations of ongoing and completed experiments and uncover new, revenue-driving experiments to run," said Jonathan Cherki, CEO of Contentsquare.
With the inclusion of Zone-Based Heatmaps, marketing teams can extract and promptly respond to valuable data related to engagement, conversion, and revenue associated with specific elements on their website pages. When combined with Optimizely, marketers can conduct thorough assessments of ongoing and completed experiments, enabling them to uncover new experiments that drive revenue growth.
At the end of last year, Optimizely announced a new capability to enable brands to provide highly personalized experiences based on detailed customer segmentation.
