PartnerHero Acquires SupportOps to Expand CX Services

Outsourced customer operations provider PartnerHero has acquired a CRM implementation and customer support provider SupportOps. PartnerHero will begin to offer Zendesk-related services through the SupportOps brand, effective immediately.

Based in New York City, SupportOps is an expert services provider for the customer service platform Zendesk. The company has experience in customizing Zendesk for various businesses and has worked with over 100 companies to configure, automate, and design their Zendesk portals.

"I founded SupportOps to help companies better serve their customers. I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of amazing brands build and optimize their customer support operations on Zendesk, and I can't wait to grow that impact even more with PartnerHero's reach and expertise," said Hosam Hassan, Founder of SupportOps.

Founded in 2014, PartnerHero specializes in providing customer experience (CX) services to businesses on a global scale, some of its clients being Miro, Loom, and Udemy. The company has a reputation for delivering high-quality, around-the-clock support and has a values-driven approach that aims to change the way the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry operates, shifting from one that is exploitative and detrimental to one that is beneficial and uplifting.

"PartnerHero's services are positioned extremely well for early and growth-stage startups. One of the most common challenges we see our partners face is how to set up and optimize their helpdesk for sustainable growth. We're extremely excited to bring in Hosam and the SupportOps team to kickstart this new line of business for us and provide more value to our partners," said Heather Casey, President and COO, PartnerHero.

The acquisition will allow PartnerHero to expand the range of CX services it offers to its clients. The company is also looking for other M&A opportunities.
