Self-Service Version of Sprinklr Social Is Out

Sprinklr has launched a self-service version of its social media management solution Sprinklr Social. Social media teams can now access Sprinklr Social on a self-service basis by subscribing to its ‘Advanced’ Plan,' which offers a free 90-day trial. This version of the solution is equipped with OpenAI's ChatGPT, which further strengthens publishing, engagement, and reporting tools.

"OpenAI has shown the potential for generative AI to change how brands operate. Combining the power of OpenAI technologies with the focus of Sprinklr AI, we aim to change how enterprises interact with their customers. We are announcing the first integration with Sprinklr Social today. We will have much more to come across every product suite as we tap the power of generative AI across the industry's only Unified-CXM platform," said Sprinklr Chief Technology Officer, Pavitar Singh.

Formerly known as Sprinklr Social Engagement & Sales, Sprinklr Social leverages generative AI for content publishing in the form of brainstorming content ideas, creating channel-specific copy for posts, and adjusting tone.

The solution also helps with rewording and simplifying responses to align with the brand tone and translating into multiple languages. To keep up with emerging themes, inbound messages are auto-tagged based on common topics.

With this release, Sprinklr wanted to address the needs of businesses of all sizes. Indeed, the Advanced Plan - starting at $299 per user a month after the free trial - lets smaller and mid-size businesses deploy Sprinklr Social within minutes and enjoy the benefits previously reserved for large enterprises. Through the Plan, companies can perform social media management at scale on major channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

In addition, Sprinklr Social leverages AI-powered social listening to transform unstructured data into actionable insights and give a more comprehensive view of the customer, market, and competitors.

Once businesses reach a point at which they'll need an enterprise version of the solution, they can easily switch with minimum data migration.

“2023 is the year that the enterprise finally puts AI to work at scale,” continued Singh.

"With an out-of-the-box, self-service option, we can bring the most powerful social media platform on the market to enterprise social teams of any size. Our new integration with OpenAI and ChatGPT brings our Sprinklr Social customers the power of generative AI to create better content more quickly, improve engagement, and drive better business results.”

Shep Hyken, Customer Service and Experience Expert and the Chief Amazement Officer of Shepard Presentations, describes the quality of Sprinklr AI and data combined with generative AI as "game-changing.” He also believes the company is well-positioned to help enterprises apply this technology effectively due to its robust architecture that has been built from the ground up.
