Verint has partnered with government IT solutions provider Carahsoft to provide digital-first citizen engagement solutions in the U.S. Carahsoft will act as Verint's distributor for the public sector, making its citizen engagement solutions available to government agencies through Carahsoft's reseller partners using NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V and Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2 (ITES-SW2) contracts.

Several government initiatives, such as President Biden's Executive Order #14058 and the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), have emphasized the need for better digital services and improve citizen engagement. Verint has FedRAMP Moderate/IL4 authorization, meaning that the company's solutions meet the standardized security requirements for cloud computing, which is critical for ensuring trustworthy and reliable government services.
