Customer engagement platform Verint has announced the latest compliance integration solution with Microsoft Teams. Verint Interaction Recording helps improve interactions and manage the regulatory complexities throughout all communication modes in Microsoft Teams.
Certified for Microsoft Teams in October 2022, the compliance recording solution captures, stores and analyzes Teams videos, chats, and voice callings from across front, middle, and back-office environments.
Further, the solution helps manage Teams interactions with one application, Verint Engagement Data Management (EDM), together with data from other sources.
“The combination of hybrid work, complex compliance regulations and increased adoption of collaboration platforms like Teams creates the perfect storm for organizations to have to manage and make sense of the multitude of interactions and communications streams being used in highly regulated industries. Verint Interaction Recording helps organizations leverage the latest digital collaboration channels while enabling them to take a total quality approach and ensure compliance with industry regulations and international banking standards,” says David Singer, Vice President, Go-to-market strategy, Verint.
Verint EDM secures customer interactions from Verint's sources and archives and merges the variety of data into one application. This makes way for new customer engagement insights to be added to the Engagement Data Hub.
“For customers in heavily regulated industries, the ability to implement automatic, policy-based recording and storage of Microsoft Teams calls and meetings is crucial. The Verint Interaction Recording integration with Teams helps ensure an organization’s data is secured, protected, and compliant,” said Pete Daderko, director of product marketing, Microsoft Teams.
