Webex by Cisco and Outreach Join Forces for a Seamless Sales Workflow

AI-driven sales platform Outreach has unveiled a new integration with Webex by Cisco to assist sales teams with AI-driven tools, ultimately speeding up the deal-closing process.

"Sales teams need the collaboration tools they use to be tightly integrated with their sales platforms in order to improve sales efficiency and execution. Outreach is now available as an integration with Webex, and sales teams will be able to leverage their post-meeting recordings into their daily sales workflows," said Amit Barave, Vice President of Product Management, Webex by Cisco.

The integration harnesses Outreach's AI capabilities to provide enterprise sales teams with valuable AI-driven insights after their customer and prospect meetings. These insights encompass essential topics covered during the meetings. This will help sales professionals maintain the momentum of deals and proactively address any potential issues throughout the sales process.

In addition, the system automatically captures post-call action items, enabling sales representatives to promptly recognize critical moments and take immediate steps for follow-up without any delays. This streamlined approach is expected to significantly boost post-meeting engagement and expedite the progress of deals through the sales pipeline.

"Our AI Sales Platform has a decade's long track record of success, and we continue to deliver new innovations to the market to help the world's leading companies create and close more pipeline. Outreach created the Sales Execution category, and we are thrilled to work with exceptional partners like Webex to help enterprise sellers more efficiently extract key insights and action items from meetings to quickly move opportunities along the pipeline," said David Ruggiero, President of GTM at Outreach.

The power of Kaia

Leveraging Outreach's AI-driven conversation intelligence tool, Kaia, sales leaders gain the ability to pinpoint interactions that have the potential to yield revenue results. Furthermore, sales leaders can actively detect potential risks while calls are in progress and offer timely guidance to steer deals toward favorable outcomes.

Kaia is finely tuned based on the context it receives, ensuring it offers precise, buyer-specific recommendations. The data it generates enables sales professionals to conduct more effective meetings, and it allows managers to access insights and trends from all conversations.

Moreover, with Outreach's conversation intelligence seamlessly integrated into calls, managers have a quick and comprehensive overview of the deal's progress, intervening only when necessary, eliminating unnecessary meetings, and enabling them to focus their attention on revenue generation.
