Yext has announced the release of Yext Social, an AI-powered social media management tool that helps multi-location brands manage their local presence through a single platform. This news follows Yext's $125 million acquisition of Hearsay Systems, a digital client engagement platform for financial services.
With Yext Social, brands can create content, optimize engagement strategies, and manage both corporate and local social media channels. Users can generate social media captions and posts that reflect local distinctions and audience preferences and track engagement metrics of local social efforts.
