Infobip has partnered with Community to introduce an enhanced worldwide mobile messaging solution. This partnership allows Community to expand its global presence and provides Infobip with improved access to the North American market.
Community initially confined its operations to North America, but the partnership with Infobip will enable the company to expand worldwide. Leveraging Infobip's backend capabilities and tools, technologies such as WhatsApp messaging will seamlessly integrate into Community's platform.
This partnership comes a few months after Community raised $25 million in funding.
“Through this strategic partnership with Infobip, Community is positioned to reach new heights by connecting our customers to new audiences and experiences across the globe. In addition to the value this brings to our existing business, I’m particularly excited about the opportunity to serve international customers in need of innovative ways to scale their audience engagement,” said Josh Rosenheck, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Community.
Major brands, artists, celebrities, and entities can leverage Community to forge connections with their global fan bases through personalized and precisely targeted mobile messages. Data indicates exceptionally high engagement rates for Community messages compared to other communication channels.
This move marks a strategic move for Infobip into the expansive North American market, and for Community, it serves as a chance to broaden its global presence. Together, they have not only successfully launched but also unlocked a multitude of capabilities through their collaborative technical efforts.
"Infobip is thrilled to partner with Community to bring the power of personalized mobile messaging to a global audience. This collaboration exemplifies our commitment to enhancing customer engagement and communication experiences worldwide," said Ivan Ostojić, Chief Business Officer at Infobip.
Just a few days ago, Infobip partnered with AuthVia to introduce secure payment and transaction capabilities worldwide, directly into messaging channels.
