ASAPP has launched its contact center AI software on the Genesys AppFoundry, a marketplace that provides a range of tools to improve both customer and employee experiences.

ASAPP products offered on the Genesys AppFoundry include ASAPP GenerativeAgent, ASAPP AutoTranscribe, and ASAPP AutoSummary.
These products are compatible with Genesys Cloud, an AI-powered platform that helps businesses provide seamless and linked experiences for customers and workers. Genesys Cloud provides a comprehensive range of omnichannel choices, including integrated employee engagement tools, native AI capabilities, and complete path optimization.
