Bloomreach Integrates NVIDIA AI to Redefine Ecommerce Search Experience

Bloomreach has announced the incorporation of NVIDIA NIM-powered generative AI with embedded microservices into its advanced search and merchandising platform. The company's e-commerce search engine leverages NVIDIA and Google Cloud technology, as well as its proprietary Loomi AI.

“Ecommerce search is at a dramatic turning point. More advanced technology is needed to meet the needs of businesses and their consumers. Now, with a fundamental re-architecture of our core search technology, we have revolutionized what’s possible. By bringing the enterprise-grade power of NVIDIA NeMo into our platform, we’re unlocking new levels of search relevance for businesses and consumers around the world,” said Xun Wang, Chief Technology Officer, Bloomreach.

The NIM microservices, driven by NVIDIA NeMo and part of the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software stack, offer more exact search results through a flexible platform that commerce teams can modify to their specific requirements. The solution makes use of NVIDIA tools, such as CUDA, NVIDIA Triton Inference Server, and NVIDIA TensorRT, to optimize inference and assure low latency performance. This integration enables Bloomreach to improve its AI models, delivering cutting-edge capabilities to its global customer base.

Earlier this year, the business updated its search engine to include LLM-powered technologies via Google Cloud Vertex AI. Bloomreach provided a search engine that can process complex, long-tail queries and give vast results with great precision because of this invention.

“Customers want versatile search tools to help them navigate today’s robust ecommerce marketplace, and with Bloomreach’s platform powered by NVIDIA NeMo, they can find the products best suited for their needs. The integration of NVIDIA NeMo into Bloomreach’s search and merchandising solution will enable a customized online shopping experience with even greater flexibility, performance and relevance,” said Azita Martin, VP of AI for Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods and Quick-Service Restaurants at NVIDIA.
