How does this help joint customers?
Dynamic and Secure File Previews: Joint customers can now preview, scroll, and view the latest versions of Box documents, including PDFs, spreadsheets, and slide decks, directly within Slack channels.
Real-Time Loading Content Cards: Box files shared in Slack now reflect any changes made to the file in real-time, improving user experience by making sure files are always up-to-date.
Enhanced Box for Slack Workflows: Slack users can create no-code workflows that incorporate their Box content, automating business processes directly within Slack.
Improved Content Workflow: Joint customers can now select Box as the default storage location for all uploads, enabling them to connect Slack channels and Salesforce accounts to the same mapped Box folder structures, ensuring content consistency across all three platforms.
“The world’s largest and most complex enterprises rely on Slack to bring their people, projects, data, knowledge and culture together in one conversational interface – and now with Box AI, companies can intelligently surface insights from their most critical business content, right in the flow of work. Slack’s improved interoperability with Box makes it easy for enterprises to unify files from across their organization and then take action that accelerates their most important business outcomes,” said Denise Dresser, CEO of Slack.
