Cloud-based communication and collaboration solutions platform CallTower has added a new feature - BYOC through the CallTower App for Zoom, expanding its range of unified communication as a service (UCaaS) offerings.
With its new solution CallTower App for Zoom, CallTower continues to improve workplace productivity. The move offers voice connectivity by working through a "bring your own carrier" framework (via Zoom Phone Provider Exchange) and allowing customers to make phone calls through their Zoom Phone accounts.
The CallTower App for Zoom is a comprehensive telephony platform that enables users to make and receive phone calls through the public switched telephone network (PSTN) in many countries worldwide.

The connection between Zoom and CallTower's cloud-based global voice network allows customers to leverage the CallTower Connect portal to interface with the Zoom Phone admin portal for seamless DID management. Customers can also utilize CallTower's Zoom Calling to switch to Zoom Phone in their own time, as well as integrate with current PBX systems and contact center platforms.

CallTower App for Zoom was added to CallTower's CT Cloud Meeting powered by Zoom offering, bringing chat, phone, and meetings into one application.
