Five9 has strengthened its European partner ecosystem by welcoming Assist Digital as a new partner. This addition enhances Five9's CX platform capabilities with extensive expertise in solution integration and sales support.
Five9 aims to primarily distribute its solution in the DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and BeNeLux (Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg) regions through partners, and collaboration with Assist Digital. Assist Digital, a pan-European digital CX services provider, helps global brands achieve optimal digital customer experiences throughout the entire customer lifecycle, incorporating a blend of human and artificial intelligence for enhanced value in each interaction.

Catering to customers across Europe
Simultaneously, Five9 anticipates that Assist Digital will contribute valuable insights to the ongoing enhancement of its own Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution. Leveraging Assist Digital's numerous subsidiaries across Europe, Five9 is now better positioned to cater to customers seeking to implement its CCaaS solution across multiple locations on the continent.
Moreover, an additional advantage is that Assist Digital employees often share the language of the customer, fostering effective communication, and in some cases, there already exists a contractual relationship, establishing a foundation of trust in the respective region.

Last month, Five9 unveiled Five9 OneStudent, a cloud-based contact center solution designed to transform student engagement, allowing higher education institutions to navigate and succeed amid challenges and swift shifts in student expectations.
