Infobip Integrates with Google Cloud’s Dialogflow

Cloud communications platform Infobip has announced a new integration with Google Cloud's AI-powered chatbot-building platform Dialogflow to deliver advanced messaging capabilities to customers. The integration combines Infobip's cloud contact center platform Conversations and WhatsApp for Business to offer enriched customer messaging and boost user satisfaction.

Dialogflow now gives access to WhatsApp through Conversations, thus improving customer satisfaction while also allowing Dialogflow users to scale operations and communications within a single platform.

Combining Infobip's ability to create rich messaging journeys with Google Cloud enables organizations to streamline communications channel management and provide better customer experiences.
