International Customer Experience Awards 2023: Meet the Winners

In a dazzling virtual ceremony that brought together industry leaders from across the globe, the International Customer Experience Awards 2023 announced the outstanding winners in a celebration of innovation, dedication, and unparalleled customer satisfaction. The competition was fierce, with over 240 extraordinary initiatives submitted by 86 businesses hailing from 45 countries.

The ceremony, held online to accommodate the diverse global participants and hosted from a studio in London on November 16, witnessed a record-breaking turnout of approximately 2000 individuals tuning in live from the comfort of their homes and offices.

As the audience eagerly awaited the announcement of the overall winner, the hosts Nienke Bloem and Ian Golding infused the ceremony with their infectious energy, making the entire experience more enjoyable and engaging.

One of the highlights of the evening was the presentation of the inaugural International Customer Experience Lifetime Achievement award, presented by Awards International CEO Neil Skehel. This prestigious award was given to Fred Reichheld, a visionary in the field of customer experience. With more than 40 years of experience in the customer experience field, Reichheld's groundbreaking work in loyalty economics and the Net Promoter System has left an indelible mark on the industry.

The International Customer Experience Awards 2023 not only celebrated the winners but also served as a platform for knowledge-sharing and collaboration. Participants from diverse backgrounds exchanged insights and best practices, fostering a global community dedicated to raising the bar in customer satisfaction.
