Software company specializing in data integrity Precisely has partnered with digital core systems insurers provider OneShield. The partnership allows OneShield customers to leverage Precisely’s EngageOne RapidCX solution to deliver personalized and automated customer communications.

OneShield’s SaaS and cloud-based solutions offer insurance companies a unified platform, combining main business systems, such as billing, relationship management, business intelligence, etc. Leveraging EngageOne RapidCX will allow joint customers to transform customer communications management for their policyholders and agents.
