Sprinklr has appointed Scott Harvey as the company's Chief Customer Officer, expanding his role from Executive Vice President of Customer Operations. In this new position, Harvey will oversee a unified global customer organization, including sales and services teams, reporting directly to Sprinklr's Founder and CEO, Ragy Thomas. The aim is to accelerate go-to-market efficiencies and enhance customer service.

This marks another change in the leadership team, as just last month, Sprinklr announced the appointment of Trac Pham as the interim Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Additionally, Sprinklr announced the departure of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Paul Ohls, effective March 16, 2024. Ohls has played a pivotal role in Sprinklr's success, contributing to its growth and scale over his five-year tenure. He will support Scott Harvey until his departure, ensuring a seamless transition.
Scott Harvey joined Sprinklr in September 2023 as Executive Vice President of Customer Operations, focusing on optimizing customer-facing operations from pre-sales solution consulting to post-sales customer success and recurring services. Before Sprinklr, Harvey served as Stripe's Global Head of Technical Sales and Services, witnessing revenue more than double during his tenure. Prior to that, he spent over six years in senior leadership roles at ServiceNow, contributing to the company's significant growth and scale.
