Talkdesk has welcomed Neville Letzerich on board as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Bringing over 25 years of expertise in marketing and executive leadership positions, Letzerich will lead Talkdesk's global marketing efforts and initiatives to enhance sales across the company, all while sustaining its dominant position in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) sector.
Letzerich has had a big role in influencing and progressing technology in various sectors, both for startups and Fortune 500 companies. In his most recent role, he was Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Cisco Security. In this position, he oversaw comprehensive global marketing efforts and formulated business expansion and development strategies.

Before his tenure at Cisco Security, Letzerich was Chief Marketing Officer at Forescout Technologies, overseeing worldwide marketing efforts, sales enablement, and initiatives related to Sales Development Representatives (SDR).
Furthermore, Letzerich has also held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at various other companies, including Virtru, Duo Security, HotSchedules, and Forcepoint. In these roles, he was responsible for managing marketing functions on a global scale and facilitating the expansion of these companies worldwide.

In other news, Talkdesk has announced its participation in Epic's new Pals program, emphasizing its commitment to enhancing and broadening the integration of its Talkdesk Healthcare Experience Cloud platform with Epic's electronic health record (EHR) software.
