Engage supports various communication channels, including email, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, LINE, and direct messaging on Instagram. Its human-centric design enhances team productivity, providing a single-pane-of-glass view for personalized customer service interactions. Additionally, Engage generates valuable insights and business intelligence while ensuring the security of customer data.
