TELUS International Rebrands as TELUS Digital Experience

TELUS International has revealed plans to rebrand as TELUS Digital Experience, slated for completion in the third quarter of 2024.

This evolution reinforces our team’s long-standing commitment to helping our clients meet the dynamic needs of their customers when, where and how they want to be served, bringing together the power of digital transformation and AI with the realization of human potential,” said Darren Entwistle, TELUS President and CEO, and TELUS International Board Chair.

The new identity of TELUS Digital Experience highlights the company’s prowess in AI and GenAI solutions, showcasing its development of intellectual property and proprietary software, tools, and platforms across the digital landscape. Key offerings include the GenAI Jumpstart accelerator, which delivers virtual assistant prototypes in just eight weeks; Fuel iX, a robust enterprise-grade AI engine; and its comprehensive AI Data Platform, featuring Fine-Tune Studio and Experts Engine.

The aim of these tools is to optimize complex AI workflows, including multimodal, multi-language processes, dataset creation, enhancement, training, and translation.

Moreover, the rebrand reflects TELUS's advancements in broadening its technology partner ecosystem, reinforcing its flexible, vendor-agnostic approach tailored to modern client needs.

In other news, TELUS International has joined forces with eGain Corporation to integrate the eGain Knowledge Hub into its Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) portfolio or offer it as a standalone customer self-service tool.
