Security and compliance for collaboration tools company Theta Lake has launched Smart Capture for RingCentral Contact Center on top of its existing integration with RingCentral MVP (Message Video Phone). Smart Capture ensures the most comprehensive certified compliance and security coverage for RingCentral video, voice, contact center, and voicemails, among other channels.
This includes capture, archiving, archive connectors, eDiscovery, Legal-hold, PCI compliance, and AI-based risk detection, which help customers reduce risks and fines, all the while boosting employee productivity.
Moreover, Theta Lake is now available on the RingCentral global price list, providing customers seamless access and procurement of Theta Lake offerings.

In the last four years, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have issued fines totaling more than $2.5 billion, many of which are due to the use of unapproved methods of communication and/or failure to adhere to recordkeeping and supervision requirements.

Theta Lake cites its Compliance Archive Capture for chat, mobile messaging, and meetings as one of the main drivers of the company's growth. Back in March 2022, Theta Lake raised $50 million in Series B funding with backing from RingCentral, Zoom, and Salesforce.
