Typeface and Microsoft have partnered to introduce an innovative AI-driven feature integrated into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. This advanced functionality aims to transform the marketing landscape by streamlining the complex processes involved in end-to-end campaign management. The primary goal is to elevate marketer efficiency and boost return on investment (ROI).
“Every aspect of the enterprise is already being redefined with generative AI, from developer to product to sales experiences. By combining Dynamics 365 Customer Insights with Typeface’s powerful storytelling engine, we’re fundamentally reshaping campaign workflows with generative AI by starting with just a goal. This means personalizing content at an unprecedented scale, bridging the gap between content and data, and ushering in a new era of marketing creativity and productivity,” said Abhay Parasnis, Founder and CEO of Typeface.
Marketing teams leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Insights can effortlessly articulate their campaign objectives either through natural language input or by uploading an existing brief. The AI-powered Copilot then takes control, generating a centralized project board that not only recommends but seamlessly integrates all elements essential for the campaign. This encompasses audience data, journey orchestration, and preferred channels seamlessly woven into the workflow fabric.
During the campaign creation phase, marketers are granted access to the Typeface tool, enabling them to craft and curate on-brand content directly within the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights environment. This facilitated integration aims to enhance the overall creative process and provide marketers with a cohesive platform for both strategic planning and content generation.
“Leading enterprise brands rely on Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to provide a complete view of their customer data and journeys. To truly turn insights into action, customers need a scalable way to create personalized on-brand content. With the new copilot experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and the power of Typeface, we enable marketers to further unlock the power of personalized and on-brand content curation to help supercharge their campaign in a fraction of the time,” said Charles Lamanna, Corporate Vice President of Business Applications and Platforms at Microsoft.
Early access public preview of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024.
In July last year, Typeface closed a Salesforce-led $100 million Series B funding round which brings its valuation to $1 billion.
