Digital marketing platform Uberall has introduced new advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ChatGPT technology to assist location-based businesses in generating more revenue. These advancements will be integrated into various solutions across the Uberall CoreX platform, such as Messages, Reviews, and Local Inventory.

Uberall's AI model will be designed to highlight local promotions and discounts, if they are available, as a way to entice customers to make a purchase. Additionally, the AI-generated review replies can be used to suggest such promotions, which could help to drive sales.

Helping with Reservations and Bookings 

Uberall's AI model will assist customers in booking reservations quickly and easily from various channels, such as Google and Messenger. Currently, in the testing phase, this feature is achieved by integrating with booking and reservation solutions via the Uberall interface. With real-time availability and booking assistance, businesses can increase their chances of capturing revenue through popular consumer channels.

Uberall ChatGPT  Innovations Provide Human-Like Review Replies

Uberall has made responding to location reviews easier for businesses with their current review management system.
