Uniphore has announced that it has been accepted into the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Accelerate Program, a co-sell program for AWS Partners who provide software solutions that run on or integrate with AWS.
This move enables Uniphore to offer its powerful powerful conversational AI and automation capabilities for seamless customer experience to Amazon Web Services customers.
The program helps partners drive new business and accelerate sales cycles by connecting the participating ISVs with the AWS Sales organization.“We are delighted to be accepted into the AWS ISV Accelerate Program. Through the program, Uniphore receives focused co-selling support from AWS and access to further sales enablement resources. As a result, AWS Marketplace listing fees are reduced, and incentives are given to AWS Sales teams. In addition, the program provides participating ISVs with access to millions of active AWS customers globally.
In order to join the AWS ISV Accelerate Program, Uniphore went through AWS’s comprehensive review process, including an extensive technical review of Uniphore’s platform and architecture.
Uniphore has recently updated its platform with new capabilities that improve CX and drive sales.
