The finalists for the highly anticipated 2024 edition of the US Customer Experience Awards are finally here! Congratulations to all the remarkable companies who have earned their place as finalists.

This year's competition has been electrifying, with companies showcasing groundbreaking initiatives aimed at redefining the customer journey. From cutting-edge technology implementations to innovative service strategies, each finalist has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in every aspect of CX.
After the initial submission phase, during which companies submitted their written initiatives, the shortlisting panel meticulously assessed each entry against rigorous criteria. They selected the initiatives deemed worthy to progress to the next stage of the competition.
The judging phase commences, where judges will meticulously review the entries and assign scores, constituting 50% of the final decision. The subsequent phase, scheduled for May 15, involves live online presentations by the companies to independent judging panels, followed by a 15-minute Q&A session.
