Genesys and World Wide Technology Join Forces To Deliver New Solutions

Genesys has partnered with World Wide Technology (WWT) to offer new customer and employee experience solutions. WWT will create a dedicated Genesys team to help organizations improve their customer experience and support over 2,000 WWT customers, including 80% of Fortune 100 companies.

Genesys and WWT's joint capabilities will assist organizations in quickly migrating to the cloud and implementing digital and AI technologies. By leveraging both companies' solutions, organizations can improve their ability to listen, predict, interact with, and optimize their interactions with customers and employees in real-time, resulting in improved business outcomes. Additionally, joint customers will have the opportunity to test the Genesys Cloud CX™ platform in WWT's advanced technology center, which will facilitate a seamless digital transformation process.
