Weave Launches New Integrated Experiences for Veterinary Clinics

Weave has announced that users of Impromed Triple Crown, Complete Clinic, and DVM Manager will now have access to additional features on the platform.

Impromed Triple Crown, Complete Clinic, and DVM Manager are practice management systems used by veterinary practitioners throughout the United States to improve medical outcomes for patients and clinical efficiency for veterinarians. With the help of a third-party partnership, these systems will be integrated with Weave's client communication tools to provide veterinary professionals and their staff with a more comprehensive and enhanced patient and client experience.

Weave has announced nine new integrations in 2023, expanding its presence in the veterinary practices market, one of its core healthcare verticals. With over a dozen integration partnerships in the veterinary vertical, Weave's full suite of features is now accessible to even more veterinary clinics.

The newly added benefits and features include the following:

Appointment Reminders  

With the appointment reminder feature, users can generate automated emails and text messages tailored to their needs, reminding patients of upcoming appointments.

Vaccination Reminders 

The vaccination reminder feature enables users to send text messages to remind their clients to keep their animals' vaccinations up-to-date, ensuring their pets receive timely and appropriate care.

Save the Date Reminders 

This feature allows users to send automated reminders to clients soon after they schedule an appointment.

Schedule Sync 

The Schedule Sync feature allows users to filter their schedules based on criteria, such as confirmed and unconfirmed clients, appointment types, and practitioners. After filtering the schedule, Weave's communication tools allow users to contact clients quickly and easily to follow up on scheduled appointments.

Call Pop 

With the Call Pop feature, users can easily identify who is calling and access patient profiles and notes instantly to keep the records updated.

These enhancements build upon the features for veterinary business Weave added last month and the other launches from the previous months, including Bulk Texting, Online Scheduling, and more.
