Weave Makes Online Scheduling Easier with New Features

Customer engagement platform for small businesses Weave has launched several new features as part of its Online Scheduling tool.

Originally launched in 2021 as Web Assistant, the new Online Scheduling & Text Connect features accommodate the needs of smaller medical practices by offering patients to schedule appointments directly from their website, without the interference of medical staff. This way staff can dedicate time to more urgent business throughout the day.

Weave Online Scheduling lets medical offices customize their online calendar with appointment types, providers, and schedule availability so patients can book what they need without picking up the phone.

“With the latest updates and additional features to Online Scheduling & Text Connect, Weave is leveraging its powerful VoIP platform and two-way texting capabilities to help more offices delight new and existing patients at every interaction.”

US Customer Experience Awards 2023 The announcement also adds new functionality and compatibility with practice management systems in the dental and optometry space, such as OpenDental, Eaglesoft, and Crystal PMS. Once a patient books an appointment in Weave, the integrated practice system calendar automatically receives a notification and sends out a text confirmation to the patient through Weave Texting.

These latest feature additions follow Weave's product launches this year, including Review Analytics, Insurance Verification, and Buy Now, and Pay-Over-Time payment options.

The Utah-based company's all-in-one platform includes scheduling and payments management solutions for various types of businesses, including salons, dental offices, and accounting. To give businesses more flexibility in choosing the right solution, Weave offers month-to-month billing and a cancelation option at any time.
