Talkdesk AI Translator
Talkdesk AI Translator performs real-time translation for digital engagements such as emails, chats, and SMS, allowing agents to speak with clients in their preferred language. This technique enables agents to respond to queries in a single language, which is subsequently translated into the customer's local language, boosting accuracy and eliminating language barriers.
