Coconut Software has partnered with Glia, a customer interaction technology provider. This collaboration integrates Coconut's scheduling platform into Glia's Unified Interaction Management system, allowing customers to access support seamlessly through their preferred communication channels while maintaining conversation context.
Coconut's CEO, Katherine Regnier, said the partnership simplifies banking experiences for both banks and credit unions. Glia’s technology enables users to switch channels without losing context, while Coconut's platform offers scheduling tools, video banking, and lobby management, improving advisor productivity and client satisfaction. This has been shown to boost loan and deposit growth, and create efficiencies across departments.
Dan Michaeli, CEO and Co-Founder of Glia, said "Our partnership with Coconut Software and incorporation of their modern technology is another strong example of how we are empowering banks and credit unions to reimagine their customer and member interactions for a digital-first world."
