Global HR technology company Phenom has expanded its technology partnership with UKG, a provider of HR, payroll and workforce management solutions, to include certifications for Job Sync and Hosted Apply.
The integrations will enable companies that use both Phenom and UKG Pro Recruiting to improve the candidate experience by streamlining the application process. On top of that, HR teams can incorporate automation to eliminate manual tasks and make the most out of the recruitment process.
“Organizations today are hard-pressed to hire and retain the best possible talent. Improving recruiter productivity and the candidate experience are essential to accelerate hiring and ensure talent finds and chooses you faster. Our certifications for Job Sync and Hosted Apply with UKG Pro Recruiting provide the premier, luxury experience that today’s talent expects, and TA teams need to thrive — and we believe it will convert many more passive candidates into applicants,” said Chris Grimes, Director, Global Alliances at Phenom.
The integrations
Primarily combating recruiter inefficiencies, the certified Job Sync integration automatically posts all job-associated data and requisitions in UKG Pro Recruiting onto the career site and job boards. By doing so, HR teams do not need to spend hours creating flat files and copying and pasting content.
Hosted Apply is the feature that ensures that enables job seekers to seamlessly move from a company's career page to the job application, ensuring that their data is reliably transferred between the platforms.
Phenom's platform also lets organizations hire best-fit candidates faster through a number of features, such as hyper-personalized job recommendations and intelligent automation.
To not miss any potential good fits, the platform provides candidate pipelining and campaigns that help identify new and silver medalist candidates with intelligent discovery features. Then, HR teams can engage and win over best-fit candidates through SMS and email campaigns.
Finally, actionable insights allow organizations to make more data-driven hiring decisions and identify recruiting ROI with career site and campaign analytics.
