Chatmeter has announced the launch of its new generative AI tools, designed to help brands better connect with their customers in a more personalized and efficient manner. With these new capabilities, multi-location brands can significantly reduce their response time to customer reviews and create compelling social media content that maintains a human touch.
The majority of consumers (89%) consider online reviews to be a crucial factor in their purchasing decisions, revealed the recent survey by Chatmeter. The survey also found that 58% of consumers expect companies to respond promptly to their feedback and concerns.
“Our AI roadmap is designed to empower businesses to make smarter, data-driven decisions that will drive growth and deliver value to their customers. But what sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to innovation and disruption. We're not content with simply following the status quo. We're passionate about pushing boundaries and breaking down barriers. With AI as our driving force, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses engage with their customers and create lasting value,” said John Mazur, Chief Executive Officer, Chatmeter.
Chatmeter's latest AI tools were designed to streamline and speed up monitoring and responding to online reviews for businesses of all sizes. Since its launch in February 2023, Chatmeter's AI generator has been used by its customers to respond to reviews over 30,000 times.
Relevant data generator
With the new offerings, multi-location brands can generate smart and relevant responses to customer reviews with just one click. This feature is beneficial for businesses that want to maintain consistency and authenticity in their customer engagement across all their physical locations.
Aside from generating review responses, Chatmeter clients can also utilize AI to create social media content. By selecting the post type and adding a brief description, the platform's AI technology can generate a post optimized for Apple, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Google. The generated content can then be edited and approved before publishing.
Chatmeter has been using AI-powered Natural Language Processing and machine learning technology to assist companies in managing unstructured data and identifying crucial customer conversations for business growth. With a history of utilizing modern technology, Chatmeter plans to introduce multiple new generative AI features in 2023 and beyond, all with the aim of facilitating a deeper connection between brands and their customers.
Speaking of new updates, Chatmeter has also just announced new enhancements to its Pulse sentiment analysis tool.
