Teleperformance has announced the launch of TP Infinity, its global digital consulting arm, to provide a comprehensive approach to strengthening brands by enhancing customer experience (CX). This initiative is driven by the increasing demand from clients for an integrated strategy in the current experience-centric business landscape.

TP Infinity offers a wide-ranging portfolio that encompasses consulting, technology, data analytics, design, and creative services. It combines Teleperformance's expanding global digital CX and transformation services with three distinct digital companies obtained through the acquisition of Majorel. These companies include IST Networks, a CX technology reseller and managed service provider based in Egypt; Findasense, a digital marketing agency based in Spain with operations in Latin America; and Junokai, a CX consulting firm based in Germany.
The TP Infinity team, consisting of over 650 professionals across 15 countries in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, collaborates seamlessly with Teleperformance and its clients. The goal is to streamline quicker, more efficient business processes, delivering enhanced experiences for customers. The diverse team comprises strategists, data experts, technology enthusiasts, creative minds, and operations experts, all united by a shared mission—to push the boundaries of CX.
In July last year, Teleperformance announced that it had achieved Microsoft Solutions Partner status for Digital & App Innovation.
