Ada has announced the availability of its customer service automation platform on AWS Marketplace, enabling AWS customers to purchase and deploy the platform on all their digital properties.
Last month, the company announced it is using technology from OpenAI to boost its conversational AI platform, enabling developers to build solutions that can automatically resolve more complex interactions. The platform offers an array of automated workflows that users can deploy across any customer interaction channel in over 100 languages.
Ada Co-Founder and CEO Mike Murchison said at the time:
"The world changed with the launch of ChatGPT and the opportunity for enterprises can't be overstated. We're going all in on using large language models to empower brands to deliver a customer experience that is far more contextual and intelligent. This approach fosters trust while enabling companies to automate more resolutions for their customers as effortlessly and efficiently as possible."
Key features of Ada's platform include no-code building tools which enable customer experience teams to launch a chatbot in up to 30 days without technical interference.
As for integrations with third-party systems, the platform allows companies to seamlessly connect with any customer support software, such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Oracle. Ada can also integrate into Shopify, Intercom, Hubspot, and more.
"We are focused on ensuring our customers and partners have easy access to deploy Ada. Having our solution available on the AWS Marketplace means more companies can deliver a VIP customer support experience to everyone they interact with, no matter where they live or what language they speak," said Daniel Code-McNeil, Chief Revenue Officer at Ada.
